 WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Santas.com ships pretty much everywhere, including internationally. We're pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING within the continental US for all orders over $100! Please visit our shipping page for additional details on time and pricing.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, Santas.com ships internationally. We've shipped to 62 different countries so far, so If you want it, we can probably find a way to get it to you!
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
We provide FREE ground shipping for all orders over $100 to the continental US.
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, not including weekends or holidays. During December all orders placed before 3 PM (EST) will ship that same day. If you need expedited shipping, we use USPS Priority and shipping is based on cost of goods purchased--please see the rate schedule and further details on our shipping page
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS TO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We must charge sales tax for items shipped within the state of Washington. Anywhere else, no sales tax.
DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
No, we are not a wholesaler.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?
No. So many of our Santas are one of a kind items that our inventory is constantly evolving. You're more than welcome to print any of the collection pages from santas.com.
DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
We do offer discounts on quantities exceeding 10. Contact us if you have an inquiry.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation via email to confirm your Santas have been shipped, which will also contain a tracking link.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR TAXES (international orders)?
Depending on the size of order it is possible you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely around the world, so please contact your local customs office for further details.
