Dressed in traditional Russian winter attire, this exquisite Santa carries a wood carved walking stick in one hand while he carries a freshly cut evergreen christmas tree thrown over his shoulder in the other hand. Accented with 79 embedded semi precious gems(Amethyst - 13, serdolite - 33, agate - 33) and light hints of gold, Santa is dressed to perfection. With his authentic fur Russian hat, his majestic look follows suit. His fur lined, calf length coat and matching boots exhibit an enchanting design, further accented by his belt and mittens. Santa's charming smile and loving hazel eyes lets you know this is his favorite time of the year. This Russian Santa Claus is hand carved from solid linden, also known as either basswood or lime. Once carved and sanded the Santa is meticulously hand painted and finished in extraordinary detail with numerous coats and by the artist.
