Ordering Information and Policies

Payment Methods:
Online orders are processed with a valid credit card or Paypal account.
If you would like to pay by check you will need to email us with your order and we will process your order only when your check arrives and clears the bank.

Return Policy:
We will gladly exchange or give store credit for any purchase of non-original (Santa figurines, branded items) Santas. All sales of original artwork (clay sculptures, woodcarvings, other non-reproduction Santas) are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Please inquire at the time of purchase if you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges:
We're more than happy to exchange items(non-original) ordered in error. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving order. Contact us for approval then simply return the Santa to us with a copy of the original invoice and a note indicating the item you would like to exchange for (item # and name), or 'store credit'. All exchange items returned must be in original, new, resalable condition in order to be valid. Buyer is responsible for all actual shipping costs throughout the exchange.

Damage Claims:
If you receive an item that has been damaged we will ship a new one, along with a return shipping tag for the damaged piece. All damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Privacy Policy:
We don't buy or sell mailing lists. We never have and never will. We value your personal information though it was our own.
