Approximately 130 semi precious stones accent this Royal Santa Claus. From his majestic hat and treasured box to his warm and expressive face and eyes, to the perfectly trimmed and toned robe filled with accents of raised gold and the embedded stones to the matching and scenic staff in his hand this Santa carving is an absolute treasure. This Russian Santa Claus made is hand carved from solid linden, also known as either basswood or lime. Once carved and sanded the Santa is artistically embellished with inlaid stones, hand painted and finished in extraordinary detail with numerous coats and finally signed or initialed by the artist.
