Regal blue and gold Russian Santa with wood burned detail throughout and an old fashioned scene painted on the oversized toy bag. This Russian Santa Claus made is hand carved from solid linden, also known as either basswood or lime. Once carved and sanded the Santa is artistically embellished, hand painted and finished in extraordinary detail with numerous coats and finally signed or initialed by the artist.
