The Santa has festive and colorful Christmas scenes painted completely around him with accents of gold. The sleigh is burned and painted in florals with a Christmas tree and wooden ornaments dangle loosely at the base. The detailing on this Santa is created by a very unique wood burning technique, requiring thousands of individual burn strokes. The hair and beard, dark fur trim, floral patterns, scenes, everything of detail has been burned into the wood prior to applying the beautiful washes of paint.
